I think my mind is in the state of ""what the hell did I just read"" mode at the moment。 It's like Scarlett jumps from one bad situation to another in this book。 She doesn't seem to find a place where she fits in。 Not at the beginning of the book where she's pretty much an outcast in her hometown （a place where we don't find out enough about I think。 I have so many unanswered questions about） and all that happens afterwards。 I just wanted to shake Scarlett and say please wake up there's so many I think my mind is in the state of ""what the hell did I just read"" mode at the moment。 It's like Scarlett jumps from one bad situation to another in this book。 She doesn't seem to find a place where she fits in。 Not at the beginning of the book where she's pretty much an outcast in her hometown （a place where we don't find out enough about I think。 I have so many unanswered questions about） and all that happens afterwards。 I just wanted to shake Scarlett and say please wake up there's so many dodgy things going on you need to open your eyes。 Don't get me started on Jinx， Kai and Wren？？ With that ending I wanted to punch them out。 Omg that just made my jaw drop。 It was shockingly good！ A knockout read。 Counting down the time until the next book now 。。。more

Y/A-ish; slow burn， but such a great storyline It was like watching an accident happen before it happens。 You know what’s coming and how horrible it’s going to be but you’re screaming and no sound can be heard。 Well that’s what it was like with this book， except it’s NOT horrible。 It’s jam packed full of suspense and frustration and WHY？ moments and plenty of WHAT ARE YOU DOING？？ I’m sure my neighbours hate me because I was screaming a lot during reading。 I was locked and loaded within the first Y/A-ish; slow burn， but such a great storyline It was like watching an accident happen before it happens。 You know what’s coming and how horrible it’s going to be but you’re screaming and no sound can be heard。 Well that’s what it was like with this book， except it’s NOT horrible。 It’s jam packed full of suspense and frustration and WHY？ moments and plenty of WHAT ARE YOU DOING？？ I’m sure my neighbours hate me because I was screaming a lot during reading。 I was locked and loaded within the first page of the prologue and couldn’t put it down once I started。 This may be my favourite wolf shifter story ever。 Praying I can hold on for the next two books in the trilogy。 。。。more
